Microelectrometry
Alexander Volta realizes a model of vial electroscope in which the
two pendolinis are gotten inserting two thin metallic threads,

electrometry).
This new order allows him to get:
- Smaller dispersion of the electricity, thanks to the insulating
action of the straws;
- greater approach of the two sensitive elements to the repulsion;
- a more regular behavior is in comparison to the small spheres of
elder, both in comparison to the gold leaves.
Electrometry to straws
Volta predisposes, then, to the inside of the electroscope, a quadrant
graduated for a measure of the divaricazione and therefore of the
quantity of electricity.
This way the electroscope properly becomes
an electrometry.
For a best reading, on the graduated staircase,
of
the divaricazione of the straws he resorts to base bottles squared.
Electrometry of Henley
It deals with an electrometry realized through an only sways mobile,
hinged, in his superior extreme, to a' crossbar of material conductor.
The sways he is constituted by a thin rigid conductor that finishes
with a sferetta of light material (marrow of elder or cork).
If the device is loaded the sways, for the repulsive action among
the positions of the same sign, he lifts, rotating around the pivot,
of an angle whose ampleness depends on the present position on electrometry.
