The Miascia is a poor dessert of ancient origin; the ingredients are: stale bread (500 gs), milk (1/2 liter), eggs (n.2), macaroons (n.3), apple (n.1), pear (n.1), pinoli (20 gs), uvette (50 gs), liqueur (1 glass), butter (30 gs), flour (1 spoon), chocolate (50 gs,), sugar (75 gs).
